You sure have maintenance beautifully in balance! Where are you headed now, Mr traveler?

I only started maintenance at the beginning of June, so I haven't had much time to mess it up yet, Melissa. I'm determined not to backside though. I just can't let Fat Lonnie come back ever again! I'm still in Idaho, camping next to the Blackfoot Reservoir. I just posted some new pictures for ya!

You are doing a great job, and I sure know that feeling... I never want to go back... Even if it takes living on this app forever... 😁

That's so nice! Thank you, One! My goal weight of 182.4 is the weight at which my BMI dropped into the "normal" range. My maintenance plan is to stay under 175, which keeps me far enough under my goal weight so that when I go to the doctor next time, I'll still weigh in the "normal" range even if I'm wearing my heavy hiking boots.

I tried to wear my birthday suit at the doctor's. They highly frown upon that aparently.

LOL! They're funny about that, One! I got blessed out once for taking my shoes off before getting on the scale. Now I just wear my Crocks when I go to the doctor's, because they're the lightest shoes I have.

Excellent! And just like that, the fried chicky is nothing but a distant memory. Maintenance goals! 🙌🏻

It may be that they make more money if you weigh more Celtic! I think they should subtract two or three pounds from whatever you weigh in at, to allow for clothing.

I always take my shoes off when I weigh at my Doctor's office...and anything else I can remove. They're pretty cool about it. I did joke about taking my clothes off once & the Nurse just laughed 😁
