What delightful treat did you have? I am managing to stay quite stable with my intake, but with doing a lot more working out, the scale is just jumping around wildly. You have your beautiful buffer to keep you so beautifully blue! 😁

I made buffalo wings and had blue cheese dressing as a dip, and black beans and rice on the side, Melissa. It was so good! I also had some tequila by the campfire later in the evening. I'm sorry your scale has been wacky. My scale has been fairly predictable. However, my blood pressure has been up a bit. On my reward days I haven't been monitoring my nutrients, and I think I may have overloaded on sodium and it's caused a spike in my blood pressure. I took one of my old blood pressure pills, to help bring it down. I'll monitor my blood pressure, and hopefully in the next few days I can bring it back where it was. 🤞 I hope your scale settled down, way down. 👇
