Official weigh in after 4,000 cal day on Friday. Down 2.6 lbs from 118 I recorded the day after. Needless to say, there was some water and waste to drop. LOL. I'll do another weigh in early tomorrow morning to see where my average falls. Have a wonderful rest of the weekend, everyone and have a blessed week!
