New day.....maintenance weight is balanced. Small increase in Cal consumption has helped. I plan to go back to 2500 & measure from there.

More Legs today at the Grind/Gym. Back to Regular Squats vs. Sumo. (4x5, 70% of MAX). Overall, felt comfortable!!
