A three pound increase and I even past ip goulamanjou last night! We had Indian food with many of their delicious curries from a nearby town. Must have been the salt. Had a detour in my run this morning because the coyotes were too close. Busy day family going and coming while I try to get my papers done for a clinical evaluation coming up. Swim at 3:45.
