Delicious birthday food caused a bit of gain. Rec’d presents of chocolate that may have to regifted, as this week I plan to keep away from sugar. Carol, Holly’s amaretto chocolate cheese cake was wonderful as always. I will have a smidgen of that tonight. Went for a lovely early morning run with my dogs and Angus, the dog next door. Had a lovely 1.5 hour swim with my daughter yesterday.(we double booked). Today we hope to get to the cabin, maybe kayaking, then dog walking. Roast and a baked potato are on the menu, so far... and a little piece of cheesecake.
