Things are starting to calm down a little at home. The (formerly homeless alcoholic) guy who has been living with us for TWO AND A HALF YEARS has finally moved out. He started drinking again, and the LAST time we gave him an ultimatum that if it happened again, he would be OUT. (That was also made perfectly clear when we took him in 2-1/2 years ago as a condition to stay here.) Things got really bad right there at the end, but he has now moved almost all of his stuff out and I think he's coming to get the remainder of it today or tomorrow. During this time of added stress, I haven't been recording what I've eaten for the past couple of days. I hope to get back into the habit today. LIFE!

good to hear things are moving along in the best direction for you now. I understand getting someone OUT of the house & ALL their stuff. I had a similar issue years back and it was extremely stressful, now I am so relieved it is over and things didn't get to a point where it would have been more disastrous. You just do what you can do, with what you have and that is all you can do. Take care :-)

Just read about the drama going on at your home. If tomorrow is his last day to leave with his belongings please be safe. Please do not be there alone. Give it a few days to settle and then you can get back on track. Praying for you.
