The scale finally moved again, dropping off another 2.7 pounds today, so I'm averaging only a 1 pound loss per week. I've increased my exercise a tad bit by choosing to walk up steep hills rather than only on the flat beach areas and trails.

Went out to eat in a restaurant for the first time since March. Had Cabernet and a bowl of gumbo, and it was divine. Just slightly strange to be spaced out and with a bartender in a mask. Otherwise, it was like any other time meeting up with friends for a casual dinner.

I'm moving by the end of the month, so even though I will miss my current location, I won't miss my harassing neighbors, whose general misery plagues everything they touch. Such angry assholes. The new place will be a healthy start, and should relieve at least 50% of the stress I carry each day -- after the packing/moving is done, of course!
