Diario de newnormal, 26 nov. 20

Happy Thanksgiving! I've already planned my food for today (turkey, broccoli, deviled eggs and shrimpies, maybe a little gravy or butter for my turkey) so I can focus on my people and still keep my momentum weight-wise. But first - coffee. :) I'm getting more used to not having creamer in it (just 1/2 a truvia packet) and I don't mind the mouth-feel difference as much now. Creamer is still the gold standard for it but black and sweet is acceptable and still delivers the comfy, warm, and the caffeine in the morning.

I hope your day is full of joy and good food and that you find non-scale victories today! I'm still psyched that I got my smaller jeans on but I'm going to be kind to myself and NOT wear them today. It will be a long day and I don't want to get to the point where I go to the ladies room and can't get them buttoned again lol.

Very happy with myself. No desserts, chose to eat 2 bites of stuffing but otherwise had turkey and broccoli, Diet Pepsi to drink. And full. :)
