Time to get this going back in the right direction. I started back on the d word a few days ago when the scale hit 286. Glad to be back and amongst like people again. Hope you all are coping well and life is treating you good. I was thrifting the other day and love always looking at the books and got to the cookbooks. I did get one without even looking at it much as it was one of those like church cookbooks. So I was looking thru it the other night and the recipes are all with the macros and alot of they all seem to be for a diet alot would work for keto. Anxious to try some of them out and may even post on here when I do. You all go out there and make your day the best ever.
