Today I didn't have a breakfast. I really was not hungry for anything. I do fix a coffee like I normally do. I have to have coffee, if I don't I get headaches. I weighed and I gained a dinky pound. But it's back to square one before I gain my weight back completely. ugh! I hate having to gain weight. Its so discouraging. But I remain positive.
