Y'all didn't honestly think I gained 1.4 lbs from the 112.8 weigh-in I had last weekend? LOL! ;-)

Do you know how many more cals I would have to consume in order to gain that much?

I would literally have to consume approximately 9,750 cals more this week than I already consume in order to actually gain 1.4 lbs of fat in one week, because ya have to calculate what I burn in a day, which is around 2000 plus give or take.

I'm about to consume around 4,000 today. It's amazing, but Thai food is actually cheaper in cals than JJ's BBQ.

Who knew?

My actual lows are likely more in the 111-112 range, but 113 is a good over-all average taking into consideration water, bulk, and oh yes a little increase in muscle mass.

We're right on target, and ready to feast my friends.

I'm not going to post everything I eat today, because some of it I've already posted on previous feast days. But, I will be recording cals and definitely post this morning's breakfast. And, of course Thai food tonight!

Have a beautiful Saturday everyone. Enjoy some sunshine, and if there's none to be had, then use that precious light within and create some :-)

Also, gotta love planned high cal days. Thai sounds awesome. My higher cal day is mañana. Will make for an amazing workout on Monday.

I didn't think that Thai food had less calories than barbecue. But I guess when you count all the spices and sauces together it adds up.

@Kat - Yes, and always remember, even when you don't always feel it, you are a light. Pure truth there :-) @Hebrews - I think we are both awesome protein loving, lean gaining, strength & weight training, super heroes! LOL - whatta ya think of that? Although, I've just ingested approximately 4500 cals - So, I confess it may be about a week before I can genuinely assume that status again ;-) And, yes D - I confess I love these surplus days. There is nothing like the pump I feel in a workout afterward. This body literally vibrates with the extra fuel when I hit the gym. And, I don't lose the strength even when I return to regular caloric targets. It's like it set's a new peak of strength I work to adapt to and/or maintain. One might say these days, are a part of what help me transcend to the next level and they also teach me a good deal about delayed gratification. @Morgan - I was just as surprised as you, but then Mom and I don't really order things off the menu like Pad Thai that stack up the cals. In fact, part of tonight's order was steamed vegetables if that tells you anything. @Kendra - given the size of my 4500 calorie food baby, I can say we hit that carb goal to the tune of 418 plus grams :-)
