Hang in there Shelly, even if you hold that - it is a big win.  

Not stuck, just hit a little plateau. Stay the course and you will start seeing results again!

Thanks for sharing that. I am determined to make this my method of eating. I feel motivated and happy for this program.  

When is stress over the number on the scale I’d either measure myself (started that too late in the game to see any big improvements month to month) OR see how my clothes were fitting. I kept a couple smaller clothing items in my closet and would occasionally try them on to see where I stood. My jeans have stretch so that wasn’t a good indicator lol. But I have some I bought like 10 years ago with very little stretch so I’d try them on too sometimes. Think of how you FEEL and how the clothes fit rather than the scale. Much happier that way :). 

Is there a place to record inches in this app? I don't see it maybe a premium feature?
