I am so disappointed in myself. When I gain this much I get really down. I hate that I am going the opposite direction that I am wanting to go in.

What kind of program are you trying to follow? We all need to focus on what we are eating and log it in the food calendar here. You say you want to bodybuild and that is great. You know you could do it now - little by little. If you build muscle tissue , it will help you burn more calories. Good Luck, Hang with it.

I’m right there with you. If you’ve lost weight before, you have it in you to get right back on the horse and get back on track. Losing weight is immensely difficult. I’ve lost about 20 pounds, but have been at a plateau for months. Some days it sucks for us. You’ve got this. We are all behind you.

I know what a bummer that is. You can turn it around though. Start fresh right now. Figure out what's going wrong and what your weaknesses are, then amend your plan to correct and overcome. It's not going to be easy, but it does get easier. You can do this. All my hopes you figure it out.

I feel you... I am only a couple of weeks into this fasting journey... and the first week I lost two pounds, and then I gained six (4 more than I lost) not the best start... I admit that I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I am going to keep trying, and I hope that you do too!!!

I've seen your posts and I think I remember you saying you stay strict when dieting. I say try to be more flexible. The more you tell yourself you can't have something, the more you want it. It's human nature. Get on a lifestyle diet. Even if progress is slower, it's progress with little to no setbacks. Just keep logging. You can do it!

Are you also incorporating exercise such as light walking to your diet ? While our bodies are adjusting to the changes we are making, we will see some ups and downs , the best thing to do is keep pushing forward and remember this is not a sprint but a long enjoyable marathon. Little changes daily will help us in the long run

I totally agree with Diablo! Losing doesn't have to feel like punishment! You can do it!!! Forget about yesterday! One meal at a time!!!

Just make sure you are doing some type of activity everyday: for 15-20 minutes until you can get up to 30 minutes and the top goal should be an hour 4-5 x's per week. You will lose. Just tell God that you're placing yourself in his hands and letting him guide you and show you the way everyday...Amen Chin up & keep making beautiful choices that in turn will keep you looking beautiful too. :)

I'm gonna suggest you to watch a couple Coach Greg videos on YouTube. Big meals, low cals, ice cream, ice cream, ice cream, and he's had a good effect on keeping me motivated because he reminds me of a coach from my past. You get used to the voice. Really. If nothing else, you'll have a few more pieces to the puzzle.

Start over and be committed to a healthier lifestyle and better food choices. No sense in beating yourself up, it will only do more harm..💜

Consider what steps could be taken to help you maintain control. Take a critical look at the foods you keep in your house, are you eating out too often. Are you surrounding yourself with people or situations that are not conducive to maintaining your goal to better health Do you have a support system. Not everyone does— not required but helps.

I saw your food logs. If i ate that amount of calories i would lose weight, rapidly. I weigh half of you, i am sedentary, small frame and maybe twice older than you. Not a single chance for any of those pounds to be fat. I am sure that something else is happening. You would not gain fat even if all those calories were nothing but pizza and ice cream as long as they were accurately logged and all of them. Have you checked your thyroid ?

I looked what exactly you ate. I think you should reconsider the way you measure. Cups, sizes etc are far from being accurate. This way could be enough for fruit and vegetables but not for that super high caloric dense foods. I think that maybe you actually consume much more calories.

Look at the foods you are eating. Just from the snapshot of what you ate on this one given day indicates that it is time to take a look at your chosen way of eating and tweak your plan.
