I've hit a serious freaking plateau. I've been holding steady at 181.5 for almost a month now and it's frustrating. I've been working out 4-5 days a week, by doing a mix of P90x, yoga, running & Turbo Fire and STILL I'm at 181.5. This is my punishment for gaining 6 pounds during the holidays, after doing so well by losing 24 pounds from Aug - Nov. I'm not going to give up though! I'm a fighter!
