This is disappointing. When I find it the hardest to deal with is when I am so careful and I still gain weight after saying no to every single Easter treat. And I’ve exercised every day. Feels like the story of my life.
100,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I have the same experience. Just keep keeping on. Overall the health benefits are what counts and the scale will eventually come around too

Thank you Taryn, you are right!! And I said to myself it’s not going to improve of I go and eat junk so I need to keep on keeping on 😅

You probably lost cm's and gained a bit of muscle since uv been exercising every day. Next week ul see your big loss.

remember when your body is new to excercise your muscles naturally expand and gain water weight to protect your tissues, so its always going to be obvious to gain weight..just keep pushing, rome wasnt built in a day

Try weighing when your body is well rested from exercising.

I completely understand the feeling. Have been working out 6 times a week and been eating healthy since January. But I know consistency is key. And that at some points my body is going to turn the weight into non-weight. Just keep doing what your doing some times blooming slower is better!

Muscle weights more than fat. The weight will balance and eventually drop. Don't become despondent.
