I did go to the gym yesterday after work, walked 2 miles in just under 40 mins. Not where I want to be yet, but it is a starting point. Tight today but not unbearable. Plan to go again this afternoon. I think this week will be walking and then next week I'll add strength training. One thing at a time. I remember doing this when I first started (way back when) and coming home, eating cottage cheese and cukes cause it was all I had energy for, watching biggest loser and falling asleep in the chair. I stayed awake a little better this time but not by much lol.
Down a little today, expect it'll do this for a few days then pause. I'll just keep going.
