Maintenance! It is so worth being here over how/where I was 4ys ago. Yet, I didn't realize how maintening would be and still is a daily, prominent
grind in my life. So for me, today, I am looking for self acceptance of how this goes. Uncharted waters for me. Never got this far. So I'll keep coming here with all I've got.

Losing the weight is easy- keeping it off is hard. People think they can go on a “diet” and loose then they are good to go back to what they want to eat. Not the case. That is why I keep saying this is a lifestyle change. Healthier eating most of the time and less healthy, or less conducive to weight management once in a while. Portion control and moderation. .if you are lucky, life is long and food is part of what makes it fun.

You are 💯 percentage right Kenna it is a lifestyle change, I started 10 years ago logging what I eat thanks to FS. I have a healthier life now and my weight is in control.

Congratulations! Unfortunately, now comes the hard part. I almost got there. Over the past ten years, the lbs have gradually crept back up. I’ve only gained 1/2 the weight back, thanks to FS, but I feel like I’m starting from scratch. Keep up the great work and be ever vigilant. 🤗
