Hi Dia, you are sweetheart…😭 Biking is great but the job and the weather get in the way, you know, life😭 I’m pretty active throughout the day. I am afraid to eat though, which is not a good thing. My goal this week is to stay under 119 lbs. Will see. How have you been?

I am doing okay, thanks for asking. How about you? Yes, I know how that is lol. Have you tried drinking smoothies? They are high in vitamins and light. Have one in the morning and at night for dinner for lunch eat whatever you want.

.8 isn’t bad. Maybe just water. Be patient, keep track your calories intake, and make adjustments. The numbers will go down 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🥰

Hi Penny it is always so good to see your name! You are right, my overall progress is not bad. Reclaiming health has been amazing, I am actually happier than I have ever been for the last 10 years. Can’t complain 💕

Thank you, Yfritz. I dabble here and there. Yu Choy has a great taste for it you can use some sesame oil with it. How's your salt intake? Are you drink electrolytes?

Good morning Dia! This app is great because it keeps track of Na and K intake. Quite helpful. I never use supplements, protein drink, sports drinks, even smoothies 🤣 My idiosyncrasies! I hope you have a great day. Thank you for being my friend 💕
