Piggywinkle, yes Letty's classes are fantastic! I use them Everytime I go out of town to help me stay on track. She is really good!💜💪💪

Just bananas, We are traveling in our RV. Some campgrounds have small fitness centers and I do use those but I love Letty's classes. As long as I have wifi/internet I'm good to go. I bring 5&10lb weights with me.

Yes Diana! I got to do them in lockdown all last summer. I used tinned tomatoes as I don’t have any hand weights! 💃🏻💪🏻

Chesgreen, I also took my scales.( food and weight ) I use them to track as I don't eat as clean on vaca as I do at home. I feel like I can ease up a bit now and then! I too have bands, thanks for reminding me..think I'll use them today!💜💪
