Plan was to double my nonstop prior best. Done. High AF. Not a bad way to start the week! 198.6# pre; so down a pound. I'll take that too!

Whenever we hit the wall and feel like we're operating at the very limit of our capacity; we're likely actually working somewhere well south of half our potential. No judgment; just something to keep in mind when thoughts like "I can't" or "this sucks" or "there's no way" creep into one's inner flow.
