I want to land where I just do what is necessary to maintain. Fretting because of lbs swings dampens the attitude of a grateful heart. Quitting and giving up defeats that heart. So I am in a survival crouch here...holding on for another day.

By this post, I own up to this insidious creep of carbs into my WOE. I need to be responsible. When I am back on board firmly KETO this confusion never happens.

Might be a Key insight. My success with Keto depends on daily attention. Focus. I DO Not Live Unconsciously with food.

Yeah, keto is kind of self correcting. Either you're doing it or not, no kinda half way. Carbs just don't combine well with high fat for weight loss.
