Good on you! This time of year can be rough with water retention. Do you just go by the day to day weights or do you average your weight for the week? I found if weighed in every day for 7 days and then took and average, it helped me to see if the trend was up or down so I did not have to worry about a random up day being up (or down). I know there are smart scales that also do this for you now, but I'm a spreadsheet kind of gal and love looking at the trend (going down!!!)
