Well, the 42 hour fast seems to have kept the weight loss on track. I haven't had the rebound that I've experienced with longer fasts. I did come out of it with a strictly keto and low calorie day. And I'm now on track with my daily NIH schedule to lose 70 lbs in one year - And ready to start September and the fall season. Intermittent fasting seems to be a useful tool for me. I've gotten used to doing it, so it's pretty easy most times I try.
