I have to give up the Fench cheese board, that is doing me damage. It is not even vegan. Those habits I picked up on Holiday in France and Spain have to go. Wine with dinner, of course, a giant empty-calorie trap! Bit by bit I am letting it go to reach for a healthier diet. I am amazed I have lost any weight at all!
