Thanksgiving and the following day was tough on my eating pattern. But, Saturday was a day of relaxation, though I did ride almost 16 miles. I also decided to rid myself of the high sodium content of several meals. I only had about 1500 calories for the day, and drank about 120 ounces of decaf hot tea. This A.M. the weight was at 187.8. My cold also continues to affect how much I want to eat. My next short-term goal is to be at 185 or lower by the middle of December. Gotta get ready for the Christmas / New Years holidays.
