It just shows how eating lots and lots of food doesn't mean lots and lots of fat is stored.
I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I only ate in the morning.
I'll gain most of it back by tomorrow only because it was artificially inflated (mostly water and food weight - not so much muscle or fat).
Anyhow, time to put some weight back on 🤘
