Happy Thursday!

I have been doing fairly well. I actually got a little off track with my dieting goals in recent days but turned it around yesterday. I did not stop dieting, but I merely increased my caloric intake more than my initial goal of being between 1000 to 1200 and max 1500. So I had to regroup and get back on track and here I am.

I am hoping to go on a small 2 hour lunch cruise tomorrow with my church. That will be a serious will power test since I usually go crazy when I don't know the specific calories of things. How do I get full while eating the right things? Am I even eating the right things? So many questions.

Well anyway...happy thursday!

Hey hun :] I got your comment on my journal! I just wanted to answer your questions, Right now I am doing walking 2-3 times a week for around 2-2.5 miles at a time, and on 2-3 times a week I am going to the gym to do weight lifting or if I am staying home I have been doing fast dance aerobics (pretty much dancing, punching, squatting, moving, walking, jogging in place) for 40-45 minutes. Dance aerobics is the one that puts me out of the game for at least a day I get so sore lol as far as eating, just try to stick with whole grains, because your body digest them better, so like whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. Things like that. I usually aim to keep my calories between 1500 and 2000 a day, but I do give myself spike days randomly (usually on the weekend) where I get a lot of calories to keep my metabolism on guard so it doesn't get comfortable and start to slack off. :] Those are just some of the things that have helped me be successful. And defiantly keep your journal updated. It keeps you honest. Hope you have a great day girl!! :]
