My extra workout today was HIIT. I had found a video on YouTube that I started following. Honestly, it was hard for me since I'm not used to doing that. I did also use my aerobic stepper that I had hid in the closet for so long. I did a 45 minute workout of that. I have Wednesdays as my cardio and aerobics day along with Sundays. I think I just need to ease into it instead of going all out.

Morgan, be careful with HIIT as you don't want to risk injury while you work towards your goal. Focus on hitting your calories and walking and your other moves.
