Happy Monday FS friends. The scale begrudgingly gives up another 0.2 lb (though I did see 196.6 at first but couldn’t get a repeat). Enjoyed being back in my regular group exercise classes at the gym on Saturday so that should count for something. However I am thrilled that I am able to fit into a pair of pants today that have been sitting on the closet shelf for the longest time. Doing the happy NSV pants dance!
89,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
