Yesterday I got my walk in while shopping for 3 hours. Today I took a walk through a nearby park. Today's walk was 3.33 miles at a moderate pace. This challenge is important because my resistance shows up in wanting to avoid consistency and daily participation. So as this is day 2, I am happy with working this challenge. J
