I'm ok with a few points gain . I'm not saying a loss would not of made me happy 😁 but I'm trying to work on my mind. I know I don't need to lose any more. Happy Friday FS friends. Hope you have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Maintaining weight is just as tricky as losing it...maybe even harder!! I agree that you don't need to lose any more! You're under 100 pounds! Now, maybe just think about strength training for toning?💪
