Depression is creeping in again 😢

At least I'll lose fat a bit faster lol

I find it much easier to fall back into bad habits than to get back on track with the good habits. What helps me the most is not having anything bad in the house so when I'm tempted and go looking through the pantry and the freezer there are no chips, no cookies, no Pepsi. Although I can turn some "safe" foods into something bad - like frying potatoes instead of making a bake potato. I'm happy for you that you seem to be back to a good place with your eating!

I think it’s all better when you are haranguing Diablo. I say up the banter. Have you had any opportunities for the release of rage lately? My depression likes to look like a short fuse, and I’m a big fan of the anger run and angst lift sesh. Do you have meds? Don’t answer that. Meds are great. Literally Prozac. I love meds. Summertime depression is no joke
