today's workout was walking and strength training. I had been wanting to build some muscle to burn the extra fat hanging around. I'm hoping by doing that and walking I could lose 5lbs this week. I'm trying not to gain any more than what I already have. I'm hoping to one day get into bodybuilding after weight loss. That's what I'm looking forward to. I've always wanted to be lean and fit. And, although I had gained, my journey isn't finished. Even after weight loss it won't be finished.
