<br>What a wonderful surprise! And the push I needed to realize this journey is more than doable. I do not plan on visiting the 280s for long as I already have a taste of blood for the 270s :). That is 123lbs lost total so far!! I am almost 100 pounds away from my goal!!!! Amazing! I am amazing!!! I've got this!

Katherinedj you are so right, Lovergirl654 is an inspiration. I know it's my fault too, but everytime I read her profile, and see her go down, I TRY again. Try again and again is what we need to keep doing. I am excited for you...and it's great that you have been so good at doing this.

Thank you all. GINSIN and KATHERINEDJ Please continue to do this journey along with me. Mind you I have been in the 290s for like 2 or 3 months so I know EXACTLY how it feels to doddle or not do what I KNOW I should be doing to see the results that I WANT to see. It takes me having a serious talk with myself to realize that 1) time is going to keep passing no matter what I so so I might as well be exercising and eating right to see the results in the near future, and that2) the scale WILL NOT change without sweat equity from myself!
I am here for you all. This is the hardest journey I have ever had to take...but it is VERY possible! We will do this!

Thank you for the encouragement. My goal for next week is 299. Trying to catch up still :) I was at 288 in October so I will get there again. I like that you know the "doddle" feeling. I think we all know what to do, just hard to do some days but easy to fall back. You are looking fab! Congratulations, you have REALLY been amazing.
