Whew, what a day! I had some free time today so I decided to do some house cleaning after my walk and I am so exhausted. I had so much energy yesterday, but today it is taking me awhile to find the energy to do the easiest task. I think I will take a break. A cup of green tea sounds really wonderful right now.
On the weight loss front, I am still struggling with water weight. I weighed myself after breakfast for a couple of days now and I find that my weight hovers around 218. To quote an old, famous song "Qué será, será"("What will be, will be.").
