Diario de DietNinja, 23 sep. 14

I got sick and didn't work out Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Today I just did the elliptical with almost no resistance. Not working out means I emotionally eat because I don't have happy endorphins. Hopefully I'll get back on track and feel better quick. I was doing really well, and this is discouraging.
77,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 18,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
