Really know that my scale is just a scale and only one aspect of my being here. I love my self and life full still with all the people - and you all -
as I explore to find more meaning. The power of being here - ENORMOUS and yet - a beginning. I wonder if I would be journaling this ...if I had s-u-f-f-e-r-e-d loosing rather than gaining^ 😂
