Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Temps are changing at night…26 tonight…ewwww….no more keeping the window open for fresh air at night….just thru the day time for now…the seasons are changing to fast for me…

Just another day planed with resistance bands and light weights..counter pushups as well…and walking the hallways…what ever I can do to move this body..starting to miss riding trainer…but not until I’m recovered…still sore down there..lol…lest it’s improving and I can get the workout I do…

Slept in till 530 this morning…hues I needed the sleep to recover…

Well…time to start the day..wake up them endorphins…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Good morning! I had the window up a tiny bit. It was actually getting warmer each hour when I checked at bedtime so it was good. You have it all figured out as to your workout that safely works right now.👍 How is your raisins? I’m going to watch that today! The country store sounds better.😂🤣 Maybe at least have some treats from there on Halloween. I bet ya’ll have a party too. Have a super Saturday!:)

What I did with raisins….I use a yogurt with my collagen…add the raisins…mix it up with water…make like a shake mixture…looking at today as a recovery day…not a lot of get it going today….recliner is winning today so far…lol..

I just watched it. That way you get the water included that they suggest. That’s ok to let the recliner win. Your body telling you to rest and heal!:)😁

Anytime I use yogurt…I mix water with it…yes I used the raisin left over water this morning…
