Lunch out with a friend. I put 1/2 of the entree and rice in a box and brought it home. Delicious Mexican food, but I did eat more chips and salsa than I had planned. I'm happy enough with not gaining when eating out. If I do gain, I will be extra mindful of calories in the next few days. J
