Unfortunately for me it was a gain of 0.2. Gains are never nice especially when the plan is to lose some weight.
I am looking at a variety of possible changes. First of all, I plan to weigh my food to be more accurate than measuring it. I plan to be stricter about writing down in the moment anything that I am eating.
But most important of all I need to look at my protein. Yesterday (first time I actually took note of it) I ate 3% protein. It was a pretty average day. So that must change! It should be closer to 25-30%. The things one learns even after years of being in this game!
I am excited that I bought my Blues Festival tickets for next August. I love that festival!!
I have been going the rounds of medical appointments with my father in law, seeing a relative in hospital and hearing of another friend who has died. Been a bit of a roller coaster week that way.
Christmas shopping is nearly done. And life goes on....thank goodness!
