Yes! Dropped another 2 lbs for a running total of 8lbs since Nov 23, so Im happy happy! Feeling like I can do this now and reach my goal to drop 30 lbs.
It's a rainy nasty day out, but Im getting holiday things organized and put away and deep cleaning today. As a treat I am going to spend some me time reading and bible journaling. My daughter bought me a beautiful Geneva 1599 edition for Christmas (I collect bibles) and I cant wait to get into this one.
Hope everyone finds some quiet time for themselves today, it really is important.

Appreciate that, thank you. Not following any one particular plan per se, but I am restricting carbs and cutting out mostly all simple carbs so, pretty close to the Candida diet that I have followed in the past. But I have not completely cut out all sugar or fruit like the Candida diet wants you to. It has worked well for me in the past. So far so good.
