Diario de moko 13, 05 feb. 23

Good weigh in today! I must admit it’s nice to finally be off of that long plateau. I encourage all of you that have been on the same months-long plateau to mess around with your diet a bit to see if a different combo helps. I am a bit stubborn and was feeling like the universe was just against me 😅 but a few small changes seemed to kick things into gear again.
This week I’ll be working on treadmill run endurance. We’re in the dead of winter and it’s all I’ve got since I want to get ready for the 10k I usually WALK every year in June. I want to improve my time by 15 minutes and the only way to do that is to run at least part of the way.
83,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
