Thursday already, where did the week go?

Still in my holding pattern. And Valentine's Day next week.. Oh well. I plan on making my kids extravagant individual desserts and delivering them to them on V-Day. Time will tell if my willpower to resist sampling is up to the challenge.

My plan is to keep busy over the weekend and try to stay under daily cals between now and V-Day to hopefully counteract the indulgence. Maybe if I make something special that's a better choice for myself? Yes! I could make some chocolate dipped strawberries and have them with a glass of wine. That would work to curb the cravings and not be as detrimental. That's a go.
