Been sick for 3 days now, spewing from both ends, the noises coming from my innards are incredible! A souvenir brought back from Buffalo, thank goodnes it didn't hit me hard until we were home. The only good part is I haven't been able to eat much these past few days but talk about a tough way to lose weight. :)

97,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,7 kg. Aún para ir: 11,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

JMB I feel your pain.. my regular visits to my "throne room" started at 3am Friday.. feeling better today.. but it took me that long getting there.. fuilds.. and ginger ale my friend... (helps settle the stomach)... hope you are feeling better soon.... (my chest flu started a week ago..so I got the double whammy as well)
