Diario de Windy Day, 15 feb. 23

Felt a little better today, but still sooo tired. I have mild copd and am on daily inhaler, so a little sickness quickly goes to my lungs. Trying to get back on track. Ive slipped up for a few days running now.

BUT woke to a nice surprise, Ive lost 1.5 of the 2.5 I had gained back. So that was an encouraging start to the day.

Just have to be patient, stick to the plan, and let the lbs slip off at their own rate, not by my expectations!

Week half gone already, wow. Keep up the good work everyone, your success motivates everyone.
