Diario de morganstuart, 24 feb. 23

I have been vegetarian for a while. I will have to say my body is finally used to not having meat. I have been doing my exercises in the morning and evening, and it's going great. My goal for this month is to lose 38lbs. Wish me luck!

I do have someone helping me with the meal planning. Sometimes I will choose items that's not on the list, but it's still considered vegetarian Kenna Morton

I have been vegan for 12 years..best thing I ever did for myself, the animals and the environment. Tons of stuff to eat.

It is a myth that being vegan means protein is an issue...eat whole foods...the body only needs 21 grams of good protein every day..can be found in everything...we do not need animal protein...check vegetable content of foods...the World Health Organization said human beings need only 21 grams daily for all needs...read the China Study or Caldwell Esselstyn...or John McDougall...we actually get too much protein in this country...it leeches calcium from bones and overworks kidneys...the meat and dairy industry owns Congress...and check out how animals are killed...appalling...

I would suggest too that folks Google vegan athletes...you will be amazed at who is vegan..many very wealthy people too.
