For those of you that train, what is the best way to get the fat off the body? I do a lot of cardio, but I was wanting to strength training. How many days of the week do y'all recommend?

Elliptical is my go to for cutting. I turn it up until i can feel it resisting, then keep myself above 9mph for at least 15 min. As far as lifting for wl, i do high rep low weight (30-50 lb) and then moderately heavy dead lift
