So I am now being VERY careful with my diet, not just 'to loose a bit of weight' - but to get my health back. I will be doing the liver cleanse cure today so we will see how that goes.
I had the appointment at the hospital with the specialists and they are not happy with the course of action I have chosen. They want to remove my gallbladder, I want to keep it, I want to only remove the gallstones and keep my gallbladder. Why haven't they developed a treatment to do this? It seems so logical I just can't get my head round it!
So I am going to do everything in my power to remove the gallstones and keep my gallbladder
starting with diet.
it all comes down to diet!
