Diario de moko 13, 13 may. 23

Just a quick update. I miss checking in here. My work travel did a number on the scale of about 3 lbs but it feels like 20 because of how hard I’ve worked to lose them initially. I think the gain is somewhat due to the frequency in eating meals that were higher calories. I tried to use new tools to cut portion sizes or eliminate certain things I knew I didn’t need so I am making strides in those areas. A lot can be said for the steady routine I keep at home that is so difficult to keep up with no time for self care.

I wish I could say this is some water weight from the 8 flights I took in 12 days but it is likely not. 😅Glad it’s all done now but… a little nervous to be going on a Mediterranean cruise in a week. I don’t usually gain a lot of weight on cruises due to the increase in activity but expect to gain some.

Thanks otb! Tomorrow I have 1 hour, 10.5 hour, and 2 hour flights to get to Barcelona!! It’s going to be a long one but at least there’s a vacation involved and not work, right?
